I’ve been really getting into making some smoothies lately, and they’re really yummy. I take 3 T. Lowfat Vanilla yogurt, a handful of frozen strawberries (but I’m sure you could use fresh), some ice cubes and about 1 cup of strawberry/kiwi juice. Blend it up and enjoy.
I’ve also bought other fruit and juices to mix with the yogurt, but haven’t tried them yet. Be creative…I’m sure you can make all kinds of yummy, healthy frozen smoothies.

Addition:
I also make "shakes" in my blender. I put a couple of squirts of coffee syrup, about 4 scoops of coffee ice cream, a couple of squirts of coffee creamer (I like French Vanilla) and some milk. Blend it up and enjoy!!!
My family likes other frozen drinks too. I take kool-aid or lemonade and mix it with ice. It makes it like a slushy. Yum!!!
