This is kind of a healthy fruit drink. I just throw a tomatoe or two in, and some ice, sometimes some sugar. You can try throwing in some other stuff for flavoring if your adventurous, but I wouldn't throw any of those in.

I've been really getting into making some smoothies lately, and they're really yummy. I take 3 T. Lowfat Vanilla yogurt, a handful of frozen strawberries (but I'm sure you could use fresh), some ice cubes and about 1 cup of strawberry/kiwi juice. Blend it up and enjoy.

I've also bought other fruit and juices to mix with the yogurt, but haven't tried them yet. Be creative...I'm sure you can make all kinds of yummy, healthy frozen smoothies.

Good luck!!

Addition:

I also make "shakes" in my blender. I put a couple of squirts of coffee syrup, about 4 scoops of coffee ice cream, a couple of squirts of coffee creamer (I like French Vanilla) and some milk. Blend it up and enjoy!!!

My family likes other frozen drinks too. I take kool-aid or lemonade and mix it with ice. It makes it like a slushy. Yum!!!

Here's a very simple and easy one that I make all the time. It's a nice summer-autumn soup, and it's quite light and very tasty!

Title: Green Pea Soup
Prep/Cook time: 20-25 mins

6 shallots
50g butter
6 cups chicken stock (I find vegetable works better, and is a good option for vegetarian)
500g shelled peas
1 small cos lettuce
200g snow pea shoots

Chop the shallots finely and saute in the butter. Season with salt and pepper (sometimes I find it's nice to add other spices that you may have in your pantry, whatever works best!). Add the stock and bring to a simmer.
Add the peas and cook until just tender.
Shred the lettuce - it doesn't have to be perfect, and trim the snow pea shoots of their stalks (sometimes I don't do that, it gives the soup a little more body). Add them to the soup and cook for about five minutes.
Once the soup is cooked, blitz it in your blender or food processor.
If you think it needs it, season with a little more salt and pepper.
Serve hot.

Hope you like it!

milk, vanilla ice cream, powdered choc. milk mix, like Nestle, or you can use the chocolate syrup, but I prefere the dry mix.....I'm sorry but your are going to have to have about 5 shakes to get your mix right!
Don't use chocolate ice cream- somehow it takes away the flavor.

Add about 1 cup of frozen strawberries (defrosted), about 1/2 cup of orange sherbert, about 1/2 cup of orange juice and about 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth and yummy yum. Tastiness.

A great way to do smoothies is to add your favorite sherbert or sorbet...raspberry, lime, lemon, orange, etc. Adds a little umph. Yum!

Ok, I absolutely love recipe's with a hint of coffee flavor, so I can help you. Here are a few of my favorites

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MOCHA TRIFLE
1 brownie mix (9x13 size) and ingredients to make brownies
1 3/4 c. cold milk
2 pkg. instant white chocolate pudding
4t instant (i'm sure regular would work too) coffee granules
2T warm water
2 c. cool whip
3 (1.4 oz) Heath bars, chopped

Prepare brownies according to pkg. directions. Bake and cool completely. Cut into 1" cubes. In med. bowl whisk together milk and pudding mix until mixture begins to thicken.
